1. Booking & Payment

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event. We accept all major credit cards, cash, Zelle, and Venmo.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the event will receive a credit toward a future booking. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. In case of severe weather, we will reschedule at no additional cost.

3. Event Details

Please provide accurate event details (date, time, location, surface type) at least 72 hours before the event. Foam party sessions typically last 1–2 hours depending on the package.

4. Safety

Our foam is non-toxic, hypoallergenic, and biodegradable. Adult supervision of children is required at all times. FoamPartyFL is not responsible for injuries during events. The client must provide a safe, flat area for the foam setup.

5. Setup & Cleanup

Our team handles all setup and equipment. Basic cleanup is included. The foam dissolves naturally and is safe for grass and pavement. Indoor events may require additional preparation.

6. Photos & Media

By booking with us, you grant FoamPartyFL permission to use photos and videos from the event for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

7. Service Area

We serve Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. Travel fees may apply for events outside our standard area.
